We’re a Christian family team and we’ve been serving our local community for 27 years. We insist that you be completely satisfied with your floral purchase. Walk-ins welcome – our hours are M/W/F: 9-6 Tu/Th: 9-5:30 Sat: 10-4. On Sunday we rest, but we are available to deliver sympathy flowers locally after 1pm if your order is placed by phone no later 3pm on Saturday or before.

Don't be deceived!
Are you really ordering flowers from a local florist?
Beware of national online, yellow page, or "800 number" floral middlemen who charge inflated prices, skim hefty service fees, and then pass your floral order through a wire service to a local florist to fill at a discount!
Don't be fooled by deceptive advertising that makes it appear that you are doing business with a neighborhood florist!
Know who you are ordering from by checking any yellow page ad or website for a LOCAL address and phone number. (With many floral websites, it is difficult to find ANY address listed for the business.) You can always ask them their store hours, as you want to come and buy flowers. If they don’t give you a direct answer then you know they are not a REAL florist.
Out of our Local Area
We will use another florist in the recipient’s area to fill your order that is out of our local delivery area. Same day delivery orders for out of area must be received by noon EST Mon-Sat. For any problems or concerns for orders sent outside our local delivery area we must be contacted within five days of the delivery date. We offer a customer satisfaction replacement guarantee for orders delivered outside our area if you contact us within five days of delivery.

Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or plant is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

- In arrangements of assorted flowers, substitution will be made using our judgment to keep the same overall look. We suggest if you want a specific color scheme with no substitutions on color that you place your order by phone or specify when ordering online in the instructions field.
- For one of a kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make very attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. If you do not state your 2 nd and 3 rd colors preferences we will make the decision.
- If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
- Dish gardens/planters consist of a variety of green plants and always vary, but the overall look as still kept.
- When the selection of a specific kind of single plant is chosen such as a peace lily for instance then a substitute will be made with the most similar one in the store if a peace lily is not available.
- If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Regarding delivery, please note:
The recipient may be called to schedule delivery.
Substitutions may be necessary to assure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner.
For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, may leave with a nice neighbor with a tag on the recipient’s door telling them which nice neighbor is safely holding it for them or attempt delivery the next day.
For business deliveries, if the business is closed or has security policies that pose as an obstacle for us to deliver then delivery will be attempted the next business day.
Need to have flowers delivered immediately? Ask us about our special "rush" delivery service. For an additional charge, we can deliver your floral gift to many areas within two hours. This fee ranges from $14.95 to $24.95.
