Regarding delivery, please note:
The recipient may be called to schedule delivery.
Substitutions may be necessary to assure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner.
Even the smallest error given in a recipient’s or YOUR address, phone number, name, etc. can sometimes delay delivery until the next day. IF WE CANNOT REACH YOU AT THE PHONE NUMBER YOU GAVE US WITH A QUESTION REGARDING THE ORDER DELIVERY WILL MOST LIKELY BE DELAYED.
For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, may leave with a nice neighbor with a tag on the recipient’s door telling them which nice neighbor is safely holding it for them or attempt delivery the next day.
For business deliveries, if the business is closed, has security policies that pose as an obstacle for us to deliver or the recipient is not there or to be found then delivery will be attempted the next business day.
Need to have flowers delivered immediately? Ask us about our special "rush" delivery service. We will deliver your single delivery within an hour. A special fee of $24.95 will be added to the normal delivery charge for that area.
Walk-ins welcome – our hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 am to 6pm; Tuesday and Thursday, 9 am to 5:30 pm; and Saturday 10 am to 5 pm. On Sunday we rest, but we are available to deliver sympathy flowers locally after 1pm if your order is placed by 3pm Saturday or before.

Out of our Local Area
We will use another florist in the recipient’s area to fill your order that is out of our local delivery area. For same day delivery out of area orders must be RECEIVED by noon EST Monday through Friday and 10:30AM EST on Saturdays. Holiday orders must be received one day or more prior to suggested delivery date. For any problems or concerns for orders sent outside our local delivery area we must be contacted within five days of the delivery date. We offer a customer satisfaction replacement guarantee for orders delivered outside our area if you contact us within five days of delivery date. Our fee for sending out of our area is $7.99 and the florist in the destination city will have a delivery fee of $10.00. These comined total the $17.99 wire out fee charged when ordering for out of our local area. (We too dislike hidden fees, thus we are providing you with the fee break-down.)
Is it Local or Not?
This is one of those gray areas. The vast majority of the time if the city shows up under our local delivery area then WE are the ones actually making the product and delivering it in OUR own delivery vehicle. However, due to any number of things that can arise on any given day there may on occasion an order we need to wire to another florist. This should not be of any concern for you, but wanted to be upfront.
Minimums
We don’t post minimums per se. We do, however, maintain some minimums before we will deliver. Explanation: If you select a city that is quite a distance from us you must spend over $35.00. The vast majority already spends over this amount so it is typically a non-issue.
Delivery Fees
Please realize delivery fees are never based on fuel charge only. Delivery fees are based on the REAL COST of owning and maintaining a delivery vehicle, fuel to run the vehicle, and the cost of hiring someone to be available ALL DAY to deliver your gift. Locally delivered delivery fees range from $8.95 - $17.95.
